  • We will gladly accept by mail or in person unused, unworn and undamaged goods within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. All sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding!

    All exchanges will be credited to a store credit of the original total minus applicable shipping fees unless store credit is selected. 

    * Please note — we can't guarantee the item(s) you request for exchange will be in stock by the time your return is shipped and exchange order created. If the item you requested is out of stock, we will process a refund for your returned item(s).

    REQUEST RETURN/STORE CREDIT

  • Knits by 9 is a creation of knits by Ash herself that offer an authentic experience true to her heart.

    Each label is hand stitched locally to represent Ash’s love for all things natural and un-done. The logo for Knits by 9 is deconstructed and raw, these knits should be worn and lived in to create a sense of comfort and identity to each individual!

    Each garment will have a specific color stitch on the top of the label that will represent the size (see size chart below). They will also dote a special red stitch on the outside of each item that will make the product more ifdentifisble out in the world, so people will immediately know it’s a one of a kind Knits by 9 Piece!

    Navajo Turquoise —> Medium

    Golden Haze —> Large

    Palomino —> Extra Large

    Washed Indigo — XXL

  • NINE is proud to carry a variety of different brands, and therefore our brands have variation among size runs. While we don’t have a standard size chart due to individual production by each label, we can guide you the best we can with helping you or someone you are shopping for find the perfect size.

  • If you missed out you can always write to us at ninebyash119@gmail.com. There is always a chance that we may get the product you’re interested in back in stock or can place a personal order if the item is guaranteed to be purchased. The best way to stay up to date on product deliveries and new arrivals is to follow us on Instagram @ninebyash

  • We can assist with payments over the phone - you can call the store #: 914.401.9900 and speak to whoever is working that day & they will ring up the appropriate sale/item - we can email a receipt or keep a paper copy at the store if you are local!

  • We'll do our best to act on changes sent to ninebyash119@gmail.com or via phone at (914).401.9900. We are unable to make changes on any orders that have already been shipped. Customers are responsible for any change of address, package intercept fees or loss of goods if an incorrect or non-secure address has been entered at checkout. If an order change, cancellation, or delivery signature is requested please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We do our best to pull, pack and ship orders within 48 hours of placement. In most cases orders received on weekends, holidays, and after noon EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. *Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods.

  • Orders are processed and shipped from Katonah, NY.

    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
